PF Parking: Business Development
As the saying goes in the parking industry, you can check in but you can’t check out. My first experience in parking began in 2007 when my partner and I started the pay by cell company MobileNOW! I left in 2015 and restarted my consulting company, BBIN to introduce new technologies and platforms as well as assisting companies in their market entry and expansion. This has included everything from autonomous parking systems, to analytic platforms to drive sales to off-street locations, to a universal EV charger foundation.
Also, I’ve had several stints with parking operators, where I was involved in business/community outreach and hands-on valet and event parking. Currently I am developing business opportunities for PF Parking, including parking management as well as sales of parking technologies. My strength is in seeing trends and gauging new technologies/platforms well in advance of market adoption. I am a natural organizer, having run many seminars and introductory events in various industries.
